As previously stated, each state follows its own syllabus and has its own format for question papers. Nonetheless, the majority of the subjects required by each state are the same and carry the same weight in terms of the marks assigned to them.

What is the Pattern of Examination?

There are three levels to the Judicial Service Examination,as well as Viva Voca test. The Judicial Service Preliminary Examination is the first exam, followed by the Judicial Service Mains Examination Candidates who have made it through the preliminary examination will be eligible to take the main examination. Both of these levels, as well as the results of the personality test, are used to create the final merit list. Some states have a minimum viva-voce score requirement, while others combine it with the Mains and Prelims scores.
