Eligibility

  • To become a judge in India, you must first obtain an LL.B degree from a university or college recognised by the Bar Council of India.
  • A 3-year LL.B degree or a 5-year integrated B.A./BBA/B.com/B.Sc LL.B degree are available.
  • Graduates who want to work in the judiciary after completing the above degree must compete in the State Judicial Services Examination, which is held
          by the respective state governments on a regular basis.
